XRO has no miners. Blocks are settled by representatives voting with the weight delegated to them. Delegating costs nothing, moves no funds, takes about thirty seconds, and can be undone whenever you like. It is also the only thing a holder can do that changes how hard this network is to push around.
Reading live weights from a node…
A block is confirmed when representatives holding more than 67 percent of the online voting weight agree on it. If a small enough group holds that much between them, they could in principle stall or reorder confirmations without anyone else's consent. The larger the number above, the less that is true.
Weight is XRO delegated to a representative, not XRO it owns. Your coins never move, you keep full control, and you can change your mind at any time. The only thing you are lending is a vote.
In RaiOne-Vault, open the account you want to change and find the representative setting. It is usually under the account's own menu rather than the global settings.
Copy an address and paste it in. Prefer one that is online and not already near the top: adding weight to the largest holders makes the number above smaller, which is the opposite of what helps.
The wallet publishes a change block. It is feeless and confirms in under a second. Your balance does not move and nothing leaves your account.
Read live from a node, largest first. Highlighted rows are the group that could reach quorum between them, so they are the ones to avoid adding to.

Being listed here is not an endorsement. It means the node has seen that representative voting recently, nothing more. Choosing a smaller one helps the network; choosing one you know something about helps you.
